Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
Contact Us for Expedited Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email for your convenience.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

Shipping times may vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, we maintain strict return guidelines.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days (1 week) of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:

The item received is incorrect, or
The item arrived damaged, or
The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original intact condition

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Product seals must be unbroken
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution

EST Peppers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
